I’m Kristin—Owner and Founder of Evermore Adoption Consultants. 

Adoption has always been my passion. I launched Evermore in October 2017 after spending over a decade working with a local adoption agency and family law attorney. Through the years, I’ve been privileged to spend countless hours in hospitals with families waiting to meet their child and with expectant mothers navigating the most challenging decision of their lives: placing their baby with a family who has longed to become parents.

As a birth mother myself,  I thought my journey was to work with other expectant mothers to provide them with the information and insight I wish I had when I made my own decisions. Pregnancy education is so critical, and it’s something I wanted to ensure every expectant mother has access to during this process.  After serving as a caseworker and Director of an adoption agency, I realized how many hopeful adoptive families either don’t know where to start or feel stuck waiting for years with no clear path forward. That realization inspired me to focus on working with families to help them create successful adoption stories, that's where Evermore began.

I am a Mama to four kiddos—two biological sons and two adopted daughters—and our family’s story is deeply woven into why adoption means so much to me.

My path into adoption and advocacy has been shaped by personal experience. Both of my sons were born extremely premature at 24 and 34 weeks, leading our family through long NICU seasons filled with fear, hope, and learning to trust one day at a time. Each of the girl's adoption journeys looked very different as well. Our oldest daughter joined our family through a long and emotional private newborn adoption, while our youngest came to us through a quick and unexpected toddler adoption—each beautiful in its own way, and each carrying its own challenges and sacrifices. Between welcoming our girls' home, I was also a licensed foster mom for nearly four years, which gave me an even deeper understanding of the many emotions and uncertainties families carry.

Because I’ve walked the adoption journey myself, I understand the questions, waiting, and frustrations that come with adoption. I know how much it matters to feel supported, informed, and truly seen. It is an honor to share my experiences—from NICU life and private adoption to fundraising and practical guidance—in hopes of making this journey feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more hopeful.

Adoption is both beautiful and broken, often beginning in loss while leading to incredible love. I am honored to walk alongside each family and support them every step of the way.
